At the moment, NoV. currently does not accept returns. We are committed to transparency, especially when it comes to our products and service. Therefore, all garment details and measurements will be stated in the description of the item. We encourage that if you have any questions at all, please reach out to our support team service@newhouseofvintage.com before you make your purchase.
However, please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.
