At the moment, NoV. currently does not accept returns. We are committed to transparency, especially when it comes to our products and service. Therefore, all garment details and measurements will be stated in the description of the item. We encourage that if you have any questions at all, please reach out to our support team service@newhouseofvintage.com before you make your purchase. However, please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us with your order number as the subject.

Please refer to each garments' manufacturer's tag for specific instructions. However, as not all of our garments have the luxury of tags attached, as a general rule we recommend to hand wash on cold with mild detergent only and hang dry once finished. If you have any further concerns or questions about how to clean your piece please do not hesitate to contact our support team. 

Each item is individually sourced, it's very rare for us to find more than one of the same piece. Which is why we recommend not sitting on items for too long. Once it's gone, it's gone! Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on new finds just in case your favorite garment makes a special recurrence.

Once the order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. All of our orders include a tracking number which will be given to you once the order has shipped, and from there you will be updated on the location of your package until it arrives to your door. If you need to change the address on the order or would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team at service@newhouseofvintage.com.
