NoV. is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Discover, and American Express. International conversion rates may apply.
Orders may take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the packages' final destination and weight.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information.
DOMESTIC
Orders may take 1-5 business days to process before shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Domestic packages are typically shipped via USPS First Class (1-3 business days). However, we do offer expedited shipping with Fedex 2-Day delivery (Next business day as early as 4:30pm.) These time estimates are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local or federal disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL
Orders may take 1-5 business days to process before shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS:
International packages will be shipped via DHL Express (1-7 business days). If you are located in Canada, you will have the option at checkout for Fedex International ground delivery (3-7 days). If you would like the option for immediate delivery, please choose Fedex International Ground Priority (Time-definite in 1-3 business days) at checkout.
Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local or federal disruptions.
Keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package back to us.
