DETAILS: A vintage '90s rose embellished chiffon sleeve bustier hand made by NoV. Our in-house designer has reworked this garment and added the most stunning chiffon silk tie sleeves. The colors of this piece are stunning. Featuring padded underwire cups, adjustable chiffon ribbon straps, boning throughout the front for structure, and three columns three rows of hook-eye closures for the perfect fit. As this is an original design, it is one of one and cannot be replicated.
